I would like to enroll as a member of the network. I understand that this is a volunteer only network, and I agree to volunteer from time to time as I am able. I understand there is a one-time $10.00 enrollment fee that allows my immediate family living in my household to participate in all aspects of the network. This is a non-refundable fee that is used to cover the expenses of running the network.
